Bidding & Contract Negotiations

As the construction documents come to a close and the Client begins to think about hiring the General Contractor, this type of service may or may not come in handy. By that I mean, there are several ways in which projects are bid and ways in which the General Contractors are selected. Sometimes this phase of the project is completed before the rest of the team is hired, that's why it may or may not be needed. For this reason, it's usually handled as a separate fee, billed hourly, as a way of customizing the amount of time needed to assist the Client in selecting bids and negotiating contracts.
