Office

Office spaces in general can represent the largest variety of work an architect can do within one segment of the profession. Consider the diversity of spaces: single-tenant, multiple-tenant, conference rooms, audio & visual components, training rooms, locker rooms, and public vs. non-public spaces… then the range of tenants requiring commercial office design services. Imagine the differences between office spaces for lawyers, accountants, graphic designers, and artists. The key to being able to switch gears between each type of client or tenant and their individual needs is being versatile and listening to what they want from us. This should be true regardless of project type, but it is sometimes less obvious in the design of office spaces.
