Alex Frost, Project SUPPORT

I am an Omaha, NE native. I received my Master’s from the University of Kansas in 2016 and have been here at Lickel since! In addition to working for Lickel Architecture, I also build and sell custom wood and metal furniture. I’m a maker at heart.

In my free time, I like to travel, paddle board, run, hang with friends and family, hike, play and swim around the lake with my puppy, Chewbacca, whom I am madly in love with, hang in my workshop (garage) making things, and anything active and adventurous!

Quote to live by:
“ A human being is a part of the whole, called by us, universe; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest; a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” – A. Einstein
